InstaGaana PlayNow (“we”, “us”) operates https://instagaana.com and related APIs for venue music queues, song requests, and Song Coin purchases.

This policy explains what we collect, why we use it, and your choices.

Information we collect

Account: email address, password hash, role (owner, manager, staff, user), and session tokens stored in your browser.

Venue & queue: café name, devices, playlist and queue activity, song request metadata (title, artist, YouTube video id when provided), and optional guest display names.

Payments: Song Coin purchases are processed by Razorpay; we receive order ids, payment status, and amounts — not full card numbers.

Referrals: optional referral codes you enter or share; reward credits when eligible purchases complete.

Push notifications (optional): if you enable alerts on a device page, we store a push subscription endpoint for that browser.

Technical: server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

Authenticate you and provide queue, player, wallet, and business features.

Process Song Coin purchases and referral rewards.

Send OTP and account emails via our configured email provider.

Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

Service providers: hosting, email (SMTP), Razorpay (payments), and YouTube (search/playback metadata) process data under their own policies.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the service.

Retention & deletion

We keep account and venue data while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, or security purposes.

You may request account deletion by contacting us; some logs or payment records may be retained where required.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and industry-standard practices. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Children

The service is intended for venue operators and patrons in commercial settings; we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
