Agreement

By using InstaGaana PlayNow (PlayNow) at https://instagaana.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We provide tools for venues to run live music queues, accept song requests, and manage Song Coin balances.

Features may change; we may suspend access for maintenance, abuse, or legal reasons.

You are responsible for your login credentials and activity under your account.

Owners and managers are responsible for staff access and venue configuration.

Song Coins are in-app credits for eligible features; they are not cash unless expressly stated.

Purchases are handled by Razorpay; refunds follow our support policy and applicable law.

Referral rewards are promotional and may be changed or ended.

Song requests and queue content must comply with venue rules and applicable copyright law.

Venues are responsible for public performance licensing for music played on premises.

Do not abuse the API, attempt unauthorized access, scrape excessively, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
